Macro Tracking

This includes specific macros (protein, carbs and fats) tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Macros will need to be tracked daily using an app or a food journal.  Food values should stay within daily macro goals. 

Meal Plan 

A customized meal plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. This will be programmed on a spreadsheet with specific foods and amounts. Plan will change as needed or when client wants a switch of foods. 

Food Suggestions

A basic start to healthy eating. Macros explained, food suggestions and portions explained.
